The effect was ok. I myself prefer to make my own effects in Gimp.
Thanks for the feedback! Previously I have made the muzzle flares in Photoshop, but I wanted to see if this was better. I have Photoshop effects in my older videos, what do you prefer?
The thing I noticed was, the keying around the flare seemed to be off. Especially around the smoke. Not that bad though.

I'm using Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, so I had to chroma key away the black.
I have seen it now, in the future I'll make bigger flares. Thank you. ![]()
