So a massive release of screenshots (20 with one repeat) from the next five episodes was released on EQD, though only a few of them give away their corresponding episodes, along with two clips from tomorrow/today's episode. However, there is one image that I find really interesting:
Backs straight and vertical, hooves stretched out, hooves and arms being used to hold objects (in this case, flimsy newsprint), using their rears to support and balance their entire bodies; We've seen humanized poses before, but these two really take the cake.
Nothing like a bit of Lauren Faust's backstory to leave you feeling both unbelievably inspired and totally talentless and worthless at the same time.

Duplicates. Duplicates everywhere.
Inb4 Twilight clones herself the the rest of the mane 6 in order to have a large emergency taskforce to prepare the wedding.
Best episode? I think so.

That was definitely one of the better episodes recently. I barely liked the last two, (the last one felt like a Gilda rehash except without enough Pinkie Pie being awesome to make things better), but this one TOTALLY makes up for it.
I really enjoyed it (as Fluttershy is my favorite pony
), but it was sort of predictable in some ways. It was one of the better episodes recently. Gosh, I want the season finale to come faster, but at the same time, it means the season will be over. :C
P.S Manly pony is awesome.
Well, it's been proven Derpy can read.

She can look at paper, no guarantee she could actually read what's written on it.
If you watch her eyes carefully, they move back and forth in the pattern of someone who is reading. She actually reads pretty fast.

So much Scootaloo in this episode.

Gah, I probably won't be able to watch until later tonight. ![]()
On a side note, I drew my first pony. It was a generic nopony, but I think it turned out okay.
Hey, guys, I have a question: What do you think would be the best episode to show someone to get them into MLP?
I've been considering this for a while just in case I ever convince a friend to agree to try just one episode.
Thoughts?

First of all, despite its target demographic, My Little Pony: Friendship is magic has thousands of male fans that are teenagers and adults. Forget everything you've ever heard about My Little Pony, this show is actually good. It has fantastic animation, delightful characters, and it just fills me with fantastic happy feelings when I watch it.![]()
Sean's post on page one has a pretty good introduction to the show.
It's also:
Has a Star Trek villain
Is better than terrorism

As far as I've seen, the general consensus is Bridle Gossip (the Zecora episode). It's hilarious, and because it's towards the start of the series it doesn't matter if you don't really know the characters.
To that you might respond "but Lesson Zero/Sonic Rainboom/The Last Roundup was the best episode ever! I should show that!" but here lies the tactics. Bridle Gossip is good enough to convince the viewer that it's a great show, and if they continue watching they'll discover that that was just an average episode, and the show gets even better from there.
You shouldn't really pick the first two episodes though, the plot is pretty weak and the characters are pretty generic. It's not a good representation of the show as a whole.
