Got my idea, making it tonight.
As the last place participant of EASTER 2011, I can tell you one two things. 1. Don't rush. 2. I'm entering!! 
So are entry can be under 20 seconds if we wish? There isn't anything in the rules against it that I see.
That is the rule. Nothing longer than 20 seconds.
I'm Jewish. Can I still enter? I'm joking, but if the answer is no, then we need to fix this site.
I haven't animated anything in over 3 months. I am sorry about that, but I have been working on my magnum opus: Ghost Cat: Port of Call New Orleans

Anyway, can the video be very silly?
