I have finished my entry. though, I want to wait until Easter sunday to upload it. I'm cutting it close..

Will you make any exceptions if something is a bit over 20 seconds? It's really good, and I thought the rules were that it must be over 20 seconds. I must have misread them. If no, I can probably speed up my voice during the song!

It's not really fair to make an exception for a really good film just because it's good. If they allow one person to enter a film that's a little bit over the time limit, there's no reason why they shouldn't do it for everyone else who asks.

Good point. And that was also just a last resort, in case editing didn't do it justice. I finished an edited version which is alright, and I'll be releasing a full version separately.

YouTube might skip two secs so i might get to 18 secs
I think someone asked the same question during the last EASTER contest, and I think the judges said that it was fine. Usually when YouTube adds an extra second to the video, you'll notice that the timer skips from 00:19 seconds to 00:21.
I think i'll have time to make a 20 second film within 4 days, i'm entering.

darn I just saw that You Tube say's my entry is 21 seconds.
I ended up taking most of the story from my entry and it still ended up to long.
I was positive it wasn't twenty seconds before I uploaded it though. 
I came so close to finally entering a contest!
