I made this mostly as a cartoony animation test, but I turned it into a film - and that turned out pretty well! : )

I chuckled at the cartoonishness. Your animation does need a little work however, because I kinda saw the newspaper shake.

Yeah, I didn't notice the excessive shaking while he was spinning until afterward...
But then I decided it would just be the wind he was creating by the spin. 
It looked a lot like JK's work, and that's a compliment!
I can't say I love that type of animation, but you did an excellent job at it.
Smooth, random and very cartoonish, therefore....Perfect! (For that style.)
