The water isn't too bad but you need to improve on your animation.
What fps are you using?

I'm quite new to animating and I think 13 fps
I think it's real water... I didn't like so much, but it's realistic still.

When you animate, you never want to have your fingers show up. Keep working at it!
Yup, and some parts doesn't look like animation. They looks like some recorded video and you played around your minifigs.
