Topic: Even more 24 FPS animation tests!

YouTube (done uploading)
Golly gee, guess what time it is? That's right, more short tests I did to try to get the hang of easing in 'n out while using the 24 fps frame-rate. I think there's an improvement from my last video, yet there are still some things I need to tweak. What I need from you guys is to point out some of the things that could use some tweaking (advice would be a sweet bonus too!)

In the first shot, as well as the end of the last shot when he turned, there was some light flicker, but I can't tell if that's because of the minifig's torso and the background or not. Overall it all looked very smooth though mini/smile

Nicely done. Extremely smooth! I don't think I would have the patience to do 24 fps animations. mini/smile

Great job! Aside from the already stated light flicker, my only suggestion is perhaps to make the movements a bit slower. They seem very fast and jerky. But perhaps this was what you were going for. Keep it up, higher frame rates in brick filming is a personal preference for me. mini/smile

It's pretty good. Some light flicking, 'cause you use some webcam, I guess Quickcam Pro 9000. mini/bigsmile

Much better than your previous attempt.  Keep up the good work!

Hold it, webcams don't equal light flicker.  With the right settings and lighting, it's possible not to have light flicker.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.

Very good, nice and smooth. Nothing to add mini/smile

I have just released Indiana Jones and the Mystical Gemstone, you can watch it here!

Re: Even more 24 FPS animation tests!

The light flicker I got is probably from the whiteness of the figure's suit and my white wall in the background. I'll find a darker fig and try to get a good cover for my white wall. Thanks for the awesome feedback you guys! It's really motivating.

It was all good, except for the last part. Too fast. Otherwise, awesome! mini/wink
