Are those muzzle flashes made using paint?
Yes
It is really a clip from my upcoming action video.
Hmm... Honestly, this does not look very good, I'm sorry. But with Paint you'll never achieve convincing effects. You should really try with Photoshop-like software (e.g. Gimp), it's a bit harder to use but it's really worth the effort
