This was a really, really great film. It made me cry. If you have never seen it, I recommend it to all.

Sherlock Holmes 2: Game of Shadows

mini/jaw Woah, that was amazing. Thousand times better than the first one. The plot was fantastic, and so was the script and the action. I got a tear out when

Holmes jumped down the cliff with Moriarty and he "died".

It was just great. mini/love

Final Destination 5
Well, what can I say? It was a bloodbath, that was too fast paced. not that bad though, but nothing that's all too special.

Drive

Decent. Slow-paced which was interesting, but WHY that unnessescary gore? Why? I don't mind a litlle blood, but this was disgusting at some point. I know others won't agree, but that's my opinion.

Panic Room
Though I missed the first half, I still understood the movie. I liked it a lot. Any movie with guns is a good movie (unless said otherwise)

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

V for Vendetta:

Absolutely amazing, some very minor flaws though. Defintly a reccomended movie, with a good message. Not to mention, it's starring Stephen Fry, always a plus in my book.

Sherlock Holmes 2; A game of Shadows.

Even better than the first one, the forest/cannon sequence was just amazingly directed. And again, It's starring Stephen Fry mini/yes

Singing in the Rain

One of the most joyful films I've ever seen. Really, just watching it makes me happy. Definitely one of my favourite movies. Gene Kelly is great, but the best part of the movie for me is Donal O'Connor. Jean Hagen also does a great job, you really get to hate her by the end of the movie. Deeply.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Django

Probably the most well known non-Leone Spaghetti Western. It has some really awesome/hardcore moments that are much more violent and over-the-top then the Leone Westerns (if you're wondering where the infamous 'Ear Scene' from Reservoir Dogs came from...), which is probably why it was banned here in the UK for a number of years.

Franco Nero delivers a performance as emotionless and dominating as Clint Eastwood - but is let down by some awful dubbing. They for some reason gave the cool Italian a Yankee accent; which just doesn't suit him at all. Plus, he doesn't have such memorable dialogue as "I think you'd better apologise to my mule.." In fact, a lot of the dialogue and dubbing is quite patchy. They give the white antagonist an English accent for no reason (a well spoken Englishman is the bad guy!?! How ground-breaking!!) and if you thought The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly had synch problems, your not going to like this one. (You also wont like this movie if your a feminist...)

In many ways it's the classic people say it is. But, obviously its not as good as the Leone westerns...

That's odd, I am listening to the soundtrack to that film Django right at this moment! I suppose I should watch it, along with all the other classic spaghetti westerns.

Long, and a bit inaccurate, but great storyline and acting.

Tron: Legacy
I don't understand why people didn't like this. Despite some cheesy dialogue and bad acting on Sam Flynn's part, I loved it. It's just a cheesy movie made to have fun, not a masterpiece, but still awesome.

127 Hours

Some parts were great and gripping, others weren't. They did a fantastic job of not glorifying the gore, though, I'm more than a little squeamish.

Deep Blue Sea

I absolutely loved it. It was tense yet not terrifying, with little to no 'OH NOES BLOOD'.

When Samuel L. Jackson's character died, I didn't think anyone else stood a chance. When Scroggs died, I expected everyone to be killed. When the chef survived, goodness me was I pleased.

I don't make Brickfilms. I trade virtual hats.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

I love this movie! As cheesy as it is, it's amazing! Come on--it was made in the 90s. Ha, when my bro was like 4-6 my parents stopped him from watching these because he used to want to beat everything up! mini/lol  I think they did well with the story and plot.

The fight scenes were awesome, but I was slightly put off by the weak story.

Jack and Jill

I haven't seen any Sandler movie for a while so I decided to give it a shot and I kinda liked it. IMO the rating on imdb (2.9) is too low, it's worth a 4,2 or something, nothing special but gives a few laughs.
