At this rate we'll be doing the 2011 and 2010 BIMA's simultaneously...
I think the 2010 BiMAs fell apart. The problem was a lack of qualified voters willing to submit ballots.
I figured it was because NXTManiac was the one organizing it and it got lost in the shuffle when he was demoted.
No, it was because there was much too little interest from the staff.
