Did you upload it to YouTube or some other video hosting site? If you didn't, do so.
Then, you copy-paste the video's URL into the place in the form that asks for it.

Manual Method
1. Mail a tape of your video (peferrably in DVD format) to YouTube LLC. at 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066. Please include a self-addressed envelope if you want your work to be returned.
2. Watch this week's show and see if your video has won a prize! All entries will be uploaded within 3-4 weeks. Please enclose a letter with your desired username, password and e-mail.

Online Method
1. Make a youtube account and upload your video.
2. post it in this thread. and link it when you edit your film info.

In all seriousness, why can't the newbies figure out how to pit in a link? It really isn't that complicated. Also, what's up with the self promoting and the caps lock? Just echoing what everybody else has said.
