If I get what you're talking about you think the Super Hero Contest was ran by him. It's actually run by LEGO.

Actually, I think he's referring to his voice audition for this film. He uses the word "entry" instead of "audition" (he used the term in some other casting call).

you get my voice to play the green hornet?

Re: I Am The Night

I'm sorry for not updating for so long, but I now have something for you. mini/smile

I have not started filming, but I am now in the process of constructing the first set. It's about halfway done, and I'm mostly happy with how it's turning out.
For Christmas, I got a new macro lens, which I was really wanting to get before I started filming so that I could do close-ups. And now, please enjoy some random pictures I took with it:

This one was taken at the minimum distance, also with the most absurdly narrow depth possible.

Here is a slightly older picture of the under construction set:

It should look somewhat more like this during filming:

What do you guys think of the new legs in that last two pictures? I'm considering them as a replacement for the black skull belt legs. (and this would also allow me to give Joker the skull belt, which looks kinda cool).

Feedback appreciated. mini/smile

Re: I Am The Night

Whoa those shots are amazing!!! The new legs are much cooler too. mini/smile
The set looks nice too, I like the dark grey colors mini/wink

Re: I Am The Night

Nice.  The colors of the legs go well with the rest of the outfit.

The glowing spaceman reminds me of a Scooby-Doo episode.

I need to watch that show again. xD

The glow face space man was just something I whipped up for fun with an astronaut I got. I think it turnned out pretty nicely.

It will probably be the main villain in Rimbledim: A Space Adventure, which is a film that I might make a really, really long time from now.

The set looks nice too, I like the dark grey colors

Glad you like it!
My Gotham is going to be really, really grey. As I have amassed a great collection of grey bricks, and I don't think anything else would work quite as well.
I'm also going to try to go for a more Gothic look on some of the buildings.

Wow ANP, you're really full of ideas aren't you? mini/lol

Re: I Am The Night

Use those legs, that's what I'm using for Batman in "The Timeless Knight" and they look great.
It adds more armor, and helps the color balance by adding more grey.
The set looks great too.
I can't wait to see more on this!

Re: I Am The Night

Wow! This sounds really cool. Your gonna have to be pretty commited to this, because one full year is long!

Good luck!

Re: I Am The Night

Yet again, time for more updating.

As this year's been going along, I haven't put much into this, just slowly adding a few bricks to the set, and waiting for Wilson to get the room ready, but in the past few weeks I've gotten back into it and have made some significant progress.

The animation table for the new studio is nearly done, and so is my first set. I also recently got a tiny little LED that can be stuck into bricks for rather interesting lighting effects.

(Pay no attention to the building, I just stuck it into a random wall so I could see how it looked)

(Yep, that building's a Jedi)

I'm hoping to get some more of these so I can do more of this sort of stuff. But I really do love how it looks. I can't wait to incorporate it into a set.

And here's a picture of the more close to being completed set:

Updates to casting call.
Alfred has been taken, I've also added a news reporter.
Gordon, the Green Hornet, and Kato are still available.
