Good because I just got a new Windows 7 and have not used the WWM yet but it looked different and I was not sure if the first was easier to use. It looks a little tricky to understand compared to the first. But do you know if there is a better one out there or I should stay with WWM.
VirtualDub sounds good. Its free.

I actually have that its not really the same as WWM. It more for converting from videos to pictures vice versa, compression, frame rate simple stuff like that. I mean something that can edit video and sound to the final product. I heard someone talk about Lightworks. Know anything about that?

Nope.
Office Depot will occasionaly have sales where you can get better than wmm but is still lowendish, yet good, for free.

It's a free open source editor.
It has a steep learning curve but there is some official documentation (Here). I'm sure you can find lots more unofficial stuff using your google-fu.

WMM is an editor the frame rate it can achieve isn't really applicable. This job is done by stop motion software.
For precaptured frames try: Virtualdub
Good for capture: Monkeyjam
Helium frog

If you feel a bit like being naughty, you could pirate Sony Vegas (Even though you shouldn't), though you can also get Sony Vegas 9 for as low as 60USD at places, look on Amazon.com.

We don't condone piracy here GGSS.
If you're looking for a good free editing program, go check out Lightworks

I went on Amazon and got Sony Vegas Platinum 11 Production Suite for $60 USD (As in, the newest version)
However if you want Sony Vegas Pro, be ready to cough up at least $200
Hmm, $500-600
