Re: Exquisite Corpse(verbal game)
If you still need more people, I'll give it a shot (or I can wait for the next round if you prefer). Confusing or not this sounds like fun!

Sure, the more the better! I'll add you in after lil'jj. It seems like with the new influx of people, we may not need a secondary round after the first one.
we may not need a secondary round after the first one.
We should do the two rounds. I only wrote one sentence.
And it was nothing about a cat.
Sorry for taking so incredibly long to do my part, and yes A. we are having two rounds.
Okay, just mcoov and lil'jj have to go and then we can have a second round! It's ok that this is taking so long, the end result should be worth it.
I swear, I wrote about as much as the previous five authors combined.
EDIT: Just did a word count; I wrote 3 fewer words.

Wait, how did you know how much the previous 5 authors wrote? I thought I only sent you my part.
Really? I thought this was cumulative, so I sent my part and your part to lil'jj.
Oh well, I'll change it.
EDIT: Changed, and no one will be the wiser.
Remember, I'm supposed to be after lil'jj.
Thanks mcoov, I'll assemble it all together once it's done. And I added you in Brick7
So I just continue on the story, only sending my part to the next person?
Yeah
Alright, sent you my part to send to Brick7
WelcomeToAwesomeness, I sent you my part to send to A.
Any updates A?
The corpse was exquisite-the finely detailed body was a sight to behold right down to the ankles where it abruptly ended. There were no cuts. No blood. It's as if a sculptor had massaged the ends, tapered them down to nubs where the whitish porcelain-like skin glowed faintly underneath the humming fluorescent lights.
Has this game hit a dead end? The story has been written up to a certain point-will it end there? My passage above was just for fun. Let's get his feet on please.
Jared
Yeah, I'll put it together and call it finished. It was A's turn, but I dunno what happened to him.
When I wrote my part, I assumed that someone would be adding to the story. You might want me to rewrite my part to have it sound more like a conclusion if you don't want to continue the story, or you can skip A and send my part to Jargon to begin the second round (or to conclude the story).
Yeah, just skip A.
Yup, exactly what I did. We're back on track now.
