Hey guys. I was wondering how to move my camera while filming.

I have a tripod. But I was wondering how they make the movement so smooth?
I bet that he did it in post production, by using cropping and keyframes.

The same way you make any other type of animation smooth: with small increments and by obeying physics.
Although you can get a convincing shaky-cam effect using Adobe After Effects' 'random wiggle'. I know filmyguy has that program.
Or you can do it in any editing program that allows you to use keyframes

I have 2 suggestions
1. Get a Stop Motion program that uses onion skinning, and use it to properly adjust the camera each movement.
2. Get an editing program that allows for digital camera movement. This will look the best but most programs that let you do it cost money, though you can buy a relatively cheap program like sony vegas platinum to do it.
