1. Get a Stop Motion program that uses onion skinning, and use it to properly adjust the camera each movement.

2. Get an editing program that allows for digital camera movement. This will look the best but most programs that let you do it cost money, though you can buy a relatively cheap program like sony vegas platinum to do it.]]></description>

The same way you make any other type of animation smooth: with small increments and by obeying physics.

Although you can get a convincing shaky-cam effect using Adobe After Effects' 'random wiggle'. I know filmyguy has that program.]]></description>
