Okay. Couple things.
First off, it was a little unrealistic, but thats mainly because the quality of the video wasn't good. If the quality and lighting are better, it'll all look more realistic.
The movement wasn't too bad. It was a little fast but it was smooth.
Lastly, where did you get that head? I have only one of them and I can't remember what set I got it out of, and the face is starting to wear off.
yea I to want that head. Mine is in a pretty sad shape right now. 
It was actually really good. I would suggest that you improve your camera quality before making a big film but as a test it was all right.
I don't know where I got the head, I have a couple of them that are in great shape. The camera I was using is horrible, I have a QuickCam, now, so I should be good.

Gah. I've asked so many people where they got the head and no-one knows.
Anyway, the quick cam should make your life a lot easier. Your lip Sync will look a lot more realistic with better quality.
The lighting was very bad, and quality crushed with it. But the lip/sync-thing was very good, and I think YouTube os better place than Vimeo. I don't know why the quality is so bad. But I still think that it stem of your photos, but very good even the quality and lighting was so bad...

Yeah, I agree, that part is horrible. Vimeo is actually higher quality than YouTube, but it can't make up for the problems with the video. I think I forgot to adjust the focus before I filmed it...
About that head, here's the sets it came in. It's found mostly in World City sets.
