I liked this a lot! Parts of the animation were very good.

Totoral on your AWesomeness PLEASE!!!
Maybe on how to you do the Batman's batarang. The fast swipe u do a couple of times when the camera is fallowing a guy and than it swipes to the next guy thats running or the movement with the camera where the camera is fallowing the guy really fast but very smooth. These are just some things I would like to know how to do... but I'm to very good at brick filming (yet) so yaaa.
I like your explosions. they fit the environmental, just add some debris and that, it'd look awesome.
The lighting and how spectacularly clean your LEGO pieces are is wonderful. In nearly all of you films it looks like you've just taken them right out of the box. xD
The animation was pretty decent, but a few parts of this movie felt somewhat awkward. Particularly the evil laughter at the end and the over-the-top random slow motion with scarecrow falling and it looks like he's suddenly in the city. (lolwut?) I also think that it would have been better without post-production camera movements.
But this is still probably one of the best in the contest thus far. I hope you get something for it.
The animation was good, and like ANP said, your pieces are so clean! Otherwise, it was okay, but I found it kind of confusing, and the fight scene between Scarecrow and Batman didn't look realistic, not much anyway. Sorry to be so negative, but I think I've seen better from you.
Loved it!
Ok here is my unofficial review......
Animation: 4.5/5
Sound effects: 4/5
Story: 3/5
Lighting: 4/5
Visual effects: 4.5/5
I have to say I really liked this film. The animation was superb (as always) and the visuals were very good. The story was ok but not anything spectacular, and the ending was a bit interesting. The fight scenes were a little slow but not slow enough to make the film one of my favorites. but I think overall you did a fantastic job and I'm looking forward to more action films from you!
Awesome job!
