Jay-Z's Port-a-Potty Trailer
Coming October 2011
I think you need a better background.
not much more to say.
Seriously? Altogether, that was like 30 frames of animation and it didn't me want me to watch it.
I'm not saying it was bad, but the whole thing was pointless. Also, 'Jay-Z's Port-a-Potty' sounds awesome! [/sarcasm]
You could also focus a bit more on set design (if you can call it that). A bland background with multi-bricks as a supposed
'Port-a-Potty'. The 2 seconds of animation itself wasn't bad but... yeah.
This may seem harsh but it's the truth. I did the same on LASF's first films and he's getting much better.

I didn't really understand it. The point of a trailer is to explain in a brief summary what the movie it's promoting is about.
Furthermore, I didn't really care too much for the whole trailer itself. There was only two or three seconds of animation, and again, it wasn't really doing anything to promote the film other than putting the name out.
I don't mean to come off rude, but i"m putting my personal opinion out on this.
I'm sure if you work at it, you'll get better.
My I ask, Port-a-Potty. "Captain Underpants" Reference?
I think you need a better background.
not much more to say.
lied I did. more to say there is.
please note that I was thinking about star Wars at the time I was wrighting this
the feeling that this "Trailer" was supposed to make us unable to wait for this animation to come out I get
Your Jedi mind tricks, not work on us they do.
nothing more than put the name out This seemed to do
Like many people have already said there was barely two seconds of animation
not be told soaly through words a trailer should be. have animation going behind the words
maby you should try
also what was the rainbow thing that saw at the end we did? supposed to be a Port-a-potty that was?
need to work on your props a bit more I think.
my words you must head... and animation you must work on. may the Force be with you

It was Lasf who said it was good.
Whoa, there not saying its bad, they just want to help you get better, by giving you some constructive criticism. i'm sure if you listen to what their saying, it will help you get better, as a member of this forum, and at brickfilming itself.
I don't really have other backrounds. Other than blue and gray. Also a black board.
Why don't you build a background out of Lego pieces?
Lemme guess... Not enough pieces, like your brother?
The both of you should get some more from Bricklink and/or the Pick-a-Brick wall at the Lego Store.
If you don't have enough pieces to build a Wall...
How do you make brickfilms?
I don't really have other backrounds. Other than blue and gray. Also a black board.
Blue would be a lot better to use. It gives the appearance of the sky
