Re: Frame from Your Upcoming Film
Your framing is a bit odd, ANP, considering that you've cut off part of the lady's feet and included a fair amount of empty space at the top of the frame. Also, is there a reason you're shooting in 4:3?
The reason for not showing there feet much is due to the fact that I have something there I didn't really want to be seen. You see, the very thin type of boards don't have very good studs, they're kinda rounded and loose. Since I was using one of those as a base plate, I couldn't very well put the dude at that angle easily, so I put some plates over the set, and just tried to angle it so that the awkward plates wouldn't be seen, and I put some extra flower to hide a bit that was still in frame.
I didn't get any closer to remove some of the empty space at the top because I can't. This camera's focus is limited, I'll need to get a macro filter soon.
As for the aspect ratio, it's just the default for the camera, I don't know if it's changeable. Would you suggest it be more square, or more rectangular?
