So this has been done for quite some time, but I don't think I've posted it ehre yet for feedback.
Very nicely done, if I do say so myself. Though I think it would have been better to see it synced while the minifig was being animated, this is a good start. The syncing was nicely timed, and the masking was also very well done. I also liked how you added the specularity onto the face, well done!
Aye I had every intention of actually animating the minifig moving around a bit, but I never got around to it and this test clip has been sitting in my Youtube channel on private for ages. I realised I'm not going to get around to doing the animation part anytime soon so I just released it as a proof-of-concept test.
Very good. I think that the facial animation itself is better than ever the stuff 0ld Scratch does. 
Just needs to have some movement.
