Goliathan said in the chat room that the results 11-40 should be up soon - just be patient.
He also joked this:

You know there's a backspace button on the top right of the keyboard, right?
I feel the main issue with the contest was the judging. I trust Squash, and Jargon's opinion, but the other judges are relatively new members to the site, except one judge who was banned multiple times. Now you can't blame Goliathan I guess, since he never visits the site really, and doesn't know the past of the judges, and I don't expect him to run a background scan of their history's. The judging from one person was mostly based off personal vendetta against someone, giving their near perfect entry a solid 3/10 overall. This is just one example. Then the other person who is new followed the same boat as the other guy, and the third wheel didn't really know what was going on I assume, and gave a meh entry 10/10 just for lighting and prettiness. These 3 judges heavily outweigh the wise and unbiased judging of the other 2 judges. This proves judging ruined the contest. Not to be a whiny moody person, but I felt like clearing that up.
The results are both final and in.
Unfortunately since the crash I've had to reenter, and a few people in the top 10 got switched around, the top 3 remain the same.

Didn't come in last so it's fine.
Congratulations to the top 10!
EDIT: Can you create a descussion thread for the results?

24th PLACE! So happy right now! Wait a second Goliathan... Something is wrong with the spreadsheet. All the people are in the wrong places.

Oh, looks like I got sixth place and not fifth. Ah, well. Good enough I suppose. I didn't really deserve 5th in my opinion anyway.
where do I see the results?
Oh, seems that now I'm 16th place instead of 8th. Woop de doo.
18th. Okay I guess.

Why were they changed in places? And what do the highlighted members mean?

37th place Well, i guess its okay for a second contest. Im not good at animating though... iMovie hurt my quality like always
WHAT!? I failed getting last place??? What is this
I can't complain what position I got - but seriously, this was very unorganized and messed-up. When I did FoS last year, I had every entry rated and placed before I announced the results. Also, Jstudios was robbed completely. He deserved top 5. I've watched almost every entry and his outshone most others. Also, the rating system was nuts. It was rated on 4 categories, all of which were to do solely with technicalities. Plus, where was the theme rating? I mean, someone could have gone and just made a film with no such baring to the theme and it wouldn't matter, because it wouldn't count over technicalities. And don't get me started on execution... my main complaint is that Just Kidden's entry was miles better then Nick Durron's, and the others who placed in the top 5. His had a good plot, was nicely executed, great idea for the theme, great animation, and the list continues. I know it's done now and there's nothing more to be said, so to speak, but I feel this has to be stated. If this comes up again next year, I won't be entering, that's for sure, and I hope I can make a better decision in FoS 2.
