Try to keep the camera steady (tripod?) and the lighting more consistent.

Tripod. Get one, it would really help. Also take a lot more frames and keep the lighting balanced. Finally, use a higher FPS.
Tripod. I was using one. And rather high quality one at that. Besides, this is one of my older videos that I made back before I had any animating software, so I had to make do with what I had. Check out my other videos, they're much better.
