So there is still no release date for 1.8? I figured since they released 1.7 in September...

This began happening today when I started a new world. Only when I cut up trees, nothing else. It is very annoying.
What, if any, mods do you have installed? And does it only happen when you use a wooden axe?
I think it may be singleplayer commands. and It occured when I punched a tree aswell.
Is it just me or has the server been down for more than 15 hours.

I can finally come on the server more now. I've finished my school project and BRAWL so I'll have more free time now.

Okay, more crazy Minecraft. Today I was typing in random seeds and I typed in all caps HART. and I got the most bizarre landscape. I think it was inconsistent chunks, but it was crazy.

My summer project is done, I spawned in the materials, but I built the whole thing like you build normally, no spawned in shapes.
It has hidden chests, the buildings are furnished, and the entrance has pistons hooked up so you can go through.
Finally finished the Shroomland plaza and tower on the server. Here's some pics.
Note this was done before I built a plaza.

There's lots more and rooms are vacant and open for rent for what little time is left on the server.
Everyone seems to like it. I hope we have time to get it filmed.
I feel so accomplished. 
Oh man this is DEFINITELY getting filmed. Expect epic swan dives.
