Hey guys, this is a scene for my upcoming post apocalypse themed film & I'm wondering if you guys have any input on this clip. Uh... ways to make it better? I'm not sure if it necessarily "works", if that makes sense.
Thoughts? Criticism?

Well, first off, wouldn't recommend brickshelf as a video host. You guys are killing that site with video streaming the host can't handle. Second, I guess in terms of style, I'd add some contrast in post.
Nice! You did the effect very well, adding some contrast as Lechnology said would help though.
Cool! During the last scene, you might want to have something else going on. Obviously don't know the entire plot, but I'll assume you are trying to draw attention to the house floating high in the air? If so, having something flying by in the background might help.. but again, I don't know the plot

That is a good idea. maybe some small birds off in the background or something might do justice.
I'd agree the colors need to be stronger. Aside from that it doesn't look bad. You know what would be cool... combine those two shots so the camera zooms out from his face. I imagine you could accomplish this without filming anything new, just make the zoom quick to disguise the transition between the close and wide views.
Yeah Nick, I think i'll try it, I'll post it here when I give it a shot.
