Is there a way to make clouds in videos similar to the way you make water in the squirlz software (I can't remember the entire name). I can't pay more than ten dollars.

What if you used masking to make brick clouds float in the sky?
That's how I'd do it.
The only really nice way to do it is in After Effects which is really expensive but I would say take some pictures of clouds and touch them up in Gimp and composite them onto your video.
Who needs clouds? I think that a piece of blue paper makes a convincing sky. You don't need to do all the extra work putting clouds in.
Well, if you want clouds, why don't you sticky some LEGO clouds on your background blue poster. Then, when you take the pic just move the cloud a bit along with the other minifigs or what have you.
I think cotton would do the work (I'm using the correct word, right?). You could somehow attach it to the paper.
