I liked the motion blur on the last clip. It added to the realism quite a bit.
Might I ask what the purpose of this was?
That was great. 
I loved the arm movements as he hit the ground, the motion blur, and the 24 FPS as usual. xD
Are you planning on making another movie?
I was thinking exactly what ANP said, is this because you're making another animation of some kind?

Wow, that animation was superb. Rather funny since this is exactly what my sister did at the gym the other day when attempting a backflip into the foam pit.

That was so smooth I'm incredibly motivated to practice my animation.
It may be smooth, but the sloppy post prod work is noticeable around the "bench". Further cleaning would have suffice.
