I love the ice-cream cone mind if I use?

House for my upcoming film, Wi-Fi. It has a few things inside but its mostly exterior shots I'm going for.
I like the plants.
But the roof looks rather bad being so bricky.
And it seems to miss some details on the front. A path to the door would also be nice.
...But the roof looks rather bad being so bricky...
I sort of disagree with you.
I kind of like that classic-LEGO-roof style.
The plants and the windows around the door look good. That roof would look better if you used roofing bricks. Add some shutters on the windows, put something over the door, and it'll look better.

Sometimes, that may be a wanted style, but it doesn't work with the colors.
If you want a more classic feel, I suggest that you have the roof be a bright fun color. Such as red or blue. Plus some yellow for the house walls and some colorful windows with panes and shutters would look nice. ![]()
I would use roofing bricks but I don't have enough.
Yes, path to the door would look nice. Thanks! ![]()
Well, if you have enough slopes the color of the walls, you could use just some to do something like this:
It has a nice even slope, and I find the studs give it a very classical look.

Trying to use this as my scary house in Red River Flows. Like?
I like. ![]()
Don't scratch it up. looks creepy as it be.
Needs some more texture though, I;d suggest some detail around the windows, and the roof shoul come out a bit on the front and the sides.
I love it!
But are you going to see the top of the building? Because I don't like spending time to make something you won't see on camera, it's just pointless. But great set, this film looks awesome!

I like it too. But it would look good with a little scratching with an Expo marker. I find those to be useful and they rub right off with your finger. ![]()
That might get annoying while animating...
I think it will look fine, and horrific, if you just get the lighting right. I don't think the set itself needs anything.
I think the house looks good.
With creepy lighting, it will be perfect.
My Bat-Mobile for "I Am The Night":

I have a lot more more pictures on my I Am The Night Topic.
Please look at them. ![]()
Tell me what you think of this.
That design is, forgive my crudeness, EPIG WINNAGE.
