Re: What theme/set should LEGO make next?
They should make Lego Avatar. (Not the TV series)
They already made one for the old series(which sucked).I'd be cool to see it for the movie!!!

Apparently there was going to be a Marvel line, but they couldn't really do it because Mega Blocks had brought the rights to it or something. Shame, that would have been awesome.
There is going to be a Marvel line after all! Epic winnage!

WHAT!? ![]()
What he said!
They've got a license with Disney, right? So they should do that!
And original Tron too.
Tron is not very likely, though.
LEGO has a very special way of releasing sets which involve copyrighted themes. The usually only make stuff for movies which are coming to theaters the same year. That way, people will have it in their minds because of all the trailers and such, it makes it somewhat more likely that people will watch it.
Making LEGO sets after the release is a rather bad move. As it's not going to be quite as popular at that point.
Though, LEGO will release stuff for an old movie if the series is going to get a new remake/reboot soon.
Such as making classic Star Wars stuff a little bit before Episode I came out, the same thing with Indiana Jones and now the Avengers.
I heard somewhere they're making a third Tron. Not the best idea, but at least it may convince the Lego to make Tron sets.
I'm cautiously optimistic about the third Tron, as my main problem with the second was that it spent too much effort trying to bridge the gap between the first and the upcoming sequel. Tron LEGO would be boss, though.
Lego western looked really cool! Woulda neen great for a western themed film we are planning
I would like em to make: Star trek, more western, spies, even more western, gladiators(said here somewhere) like rome and greece stuff, sherlock holmes, walker texas ranger(haha) and cavemen with dinos and old stuff! ![]()

Lego made a contract with Marvel AND DC,so we'll see those guys next year.
and cavemen with dinos and old stuff!
I'd LOVE to see that, since lego hasn't made a dinosaur theme in 5 years.I already have some ideas:
Polybag caveman:$5.
Cavemen campout:$10.
Brontosaurus:$20.
T-rex atttack:$30.
Raptor attack:$40.
Pteranodon mountain:$50.
Plesiosaur attack:$70.
Cavemen village:$100.
There.
TLG really needs to take a look over here, so many cool ideas...
Yes but all these ideas aren't really things we came up with, just like films and stuff that we think would go good in Lego. With the exeption of a few, like the mythology and dinosaurs...
But, I dunno, I wouldn't really mind hinting to the lego group thta they shoud make certain sets. I would do it for no credit, as long as I got some free stuff. What about youse? ![]()
That's why LEGO has stuff on their own site saying that anything that you post there they can make into products and stuff.
So they'll probably just use stuff on their site and not here.
They seem to have implemented our ideas of playing music into LEGO Universe.
They even used a somewhat modified version of my guitar design.
(Unless they just thought it up themselves)
Music themed LEGO.
Awww yeah. They could make differnt types of guitars and drums and stuff like that. Then they could make an orchestra, a rock band, a pop dancing group, and a barbershop quartet and stuff like that.

They're not allowed to take product ideas from people. If they use your idea, they have to credit you and give you money for it and companies don't really like doing that.
At least I wouldn't really care for crediting. I just would like to see a Lego fan's idea out there (yeah, I already know about the Lego club and how you can share your designs but they don't go into stores).
