You need to start taking away plates one at a time earlier so it appears to fold INTO the sofa as it moves, not folded into a heap on top then miraculously disappearing.
in the real movie the bed will be opened not closed so i didnt tun much attention onto this plates thing
Assuming you plan on essentially doing the same thing in reverse, you'll have the same issue. A bunch of plates suddenly disappear or appear out of nowhere.
Perhaps you should practice a shot you intend to do. Remember attention to detail is everything for a Stop-mo animator.
