Okay, to me it sounds like the members who did not get in has to act better and get in to brickfilming again then the STAFF will let them in to the the community forum. It feels like this could go VEEERY slow just like the reviews
And yes they are still reviwing THAC films, or they are not done. They have skipped some entries such as my own.

Well, I think I saw your entry in "All Films". And btw, it looks like it is a real problem to you not having the community anymore. You shouldn't worry, time will fix everything, if you accept the situation and start being more mature (I'm not saying that you're not mature).
After some thought and consideration I've decided to rejoin BiM and lay aside my resentment for the closure of the community forum. I can't say I like the decision, however I now do accept it.

It isn't about how much brickfilming you've been doing - I believe several members allowed into the Community haven't made a brickfilm in months, and vice versa (there are those who constantly make films but haven't been allowed in). It's the level of maturity that counts, I think.

Genzarta's point that getting into the Community forum isn't about how much brickfilming you've been doing.
Not to be mean or something, but this is my opinion about this:
I came to this site to get better at brickfilming. I dont actually care about that the community forum is going away! I found some cool threads in the Community forum, like the caption contest and most of all the animation challenge thread 
But I want more people to think about brickfilming. I wanna become as famous as Fancypants, Smeagol, ForrestFire101 and all those guys! if u are stuck at the community forum ur not going to get much better at brickfilming (now i dont mean the animation challenges) This is a good move! And people should try make more great quality films with an awesome plot(Like Cashman or something!) instead of brickfilms without a plot witch are not even funny and the quality sucks cuz the film was made in twenty minutes!
I, myself, try to get better every time I make vid (Im not very good though) And I use at least two days with animating several hours a day!
I might repeat myself now, but I want brickfilmers to try out new funny ways of brickfilming and finding out about new stuff! You dont do that if you are mostly at the community forum!
And I think more, but "smaller" themed contests(Like a contest where the animation have to be "Cartoony") with some smaller prizes(like 1 minifig) would get more people animating better animations!

The Animation Challenge thread currently resides in the General Filmmaking forum, where it has been since day one, so you can still check it out and enter if you wish. That's one of the best things we have on this site for encouraging people to animate, so there's no way that it'd be taken away.

You guys this won't work. There have been lazy as animators since brickfilming began. Sure they'll do a bit, but unless it's for good they will just go back to it again.
I think what they're trying to accomplish by closing it is getting rid of spam and other things completely irrelevant to Brickfilming, not to get so-called "lazy animators" to make more Brickfilms by shutting out possible distractions and bombarding them with Brickfilming-only threads.
