Oh geez...that is not good.
I'm having spotty internet connection, so if I log out for no apparent reason. It's most likely connection problems.
Today myself and a player on Nate's server named EdMod were exploring a cave system under my store when we found a skeleton Dungeon. Unfortunately the dungeon was open to a cave and we were greeted by two creepers. I nailed one with my arrows but the other one detonated, killing all the mobs, destroying the spawner, and sending some of the beloved mossy cobble to nonexistence. Oh well, we got 34 Mossy cobble and the chest of goodies out of it all. Lessons to proper dungeon raiding would be appreciated.

I decided to start my little wishlist thing today, I hope the image isn't too big, I can downsize if so.
I know the items are a bit disfigured, and the gun looks like crap, but I think it looks good for my first try.
Minecraft gun mod.
Because Minecraft is a fantasy-themed game, it's very unlikely that guns will ever show up... and that's probably for the best.
Today I discovered the Minecraft server that's 20% cooler than all others (and is also my new favourite).
Well, I did know that mod existed, but I still went throught with this because
A) That mod is for gun fanatics and I don't really specialize in gun trivia/knowledge
B)Many mods don't work in Multiplayer
C)This is just a rifle, not a Winchester or any brand. I figured a musket would find a way to fit in the fantasy realm since it simply shoots bullets and has no real special purpose.
And just in case I forgot to say this, chances are most of these items in my wishlist series aren't ever going to show up in the game. This was all just for idea sharing and a fun little activity.

Whilst I don't think I really want guns in my Minecraft, that seems quite well thought out RB. Kudos.
I'm sorry LittleBrick, but I think we put your mushroom farm out of business.

There were more. Including brown ones. 
Yeah, the total amount of mushrooms we found in the immediate surrounding/connected cave systems would have been about 4-5 times that. Maybe more.
I made a 'machine gun' on Minecraft. I put a ton of arrows in a dispenser, hooked it up to switch, and just flipped the switch back and forth as fast as I could

You could make a constantly powered circuit instead - I've forgotten how, but it'll be on the Minecraft Wiki. Look under 'Traps'.
What server do most people play on here?
Nathan Wells' I believe, though there's a whitelist which you're only put on after submitting an entry form to Nathan, he put up a link somewhere in this thread. People used to go on LegoDudez's but he closed it due to high levels of griefing and the running cost.

I've started the 'Survival Island' challenge map, Version 2 I think, with limited land (most of which is sand) and a single tree, for those of you who haven't heard of it (but as the Yogscast did a series on it most people will know about it). I must say, the mining is tough going; the caves below span so far that loads of mobs are swarming me. Nonetheless, I found the Lost Treasure of the Curator, and discovered 3 diamonds.
This game is rather good fun, I must say.
Anyone else looking forward to the endermen(it may be called farlander, i'm not sure) mob with the adventure update? I'm glad notch isn't just adding another thing to swing your sword at, instead giving a game changing, somewhat scary mechanic with them.
