The walking was good however I think it needs some more arm movements. Although I didn't think the 'Speed of light' test was good I still think it's a tremendously good idea and I think you should try it out again and see if you can perfect it because if done right it could be a very sweet effect.
try a 6-frame walk cycle to improve smoothnees, and try to reduce camera shake. keep practising, and you will improve
What frame rate is this?
I think the walking and the speed of light test were done well, (Not to be blowing my own trumpet as you do the same speed of light technique as me.
) but the frame rate seemed too slow.
Try 15fps, and if you're already doing 15, let me know what program you're using.
