I do not really understand the rules, maybe i should take a look at the wikipedia article.
We've pretty much come up with our own "house rules" here on BiM.
When you want to be next to edit, you call "dibs". You then have a short period (usually a day or so) to upload your edit. Then the next person may call "dibs" and so on.

You only need to change the picture once many people agree they can't horribly mess it up. I can still see a bit more potential for this one. So keep going.
NEW RULE:
How about once we agree we need a new picture then the person who made the most edits to the last one gets to choose it. What do you think of that?
EDIT: Or, if everyone is at a loss for ideas, we can get Sean to come up with a new picture. He made the most edits.
