Great work Pacific. That's very good masking, what did you use to mask? Photoshop/Gimp?
Yes, I used photoshop for the running. The motion blur effect comes from After Effects.
@1011ev: Yes, I think that the running beforehand was a bit choppy myself... or do you mean something else? Anyways, thanks for your input!

The running to me only looks a tad bit choppy because of the camera movement, it kinda jerks as it starts going.
The other bit that stuck out a tiny bit was the landing/roll, it seemed it should have been a little quicker.
