I uploaded my first youtube video today: a dive roll test!
It's my first try at masking and I quite like the outcome. Comments much much appreciated!

Great work Pacific. That's very good masking, what did you use to mask? Photoshop/Gimp?
Yes, I used photoshop for the running. The motion blur effect comes from After Effects.

The running to me only looks a tad bit choppy because of the camera movement, it kinda jerks as it starts going.
The other bit that stuck out a tiny bit was the landing/roll, it seemed it should have been a little quicker.
I really liked though! 
EDIT: What frame rate do you use?
