Topic: Premiere elements video quality issue

So I finished a stop motion segment in Monkey Jam, and exported it with the video quality being fine, but when I import it to Adobe Premiere elements 4 it is very pixelated and blurry.  If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, Thanks. mini/smile

Re: Premiere elements video quality issue

Have you tried rendering it out? I have never used Premiere Elements but on my editing software Sony Vegas Pro the preview video box is very pixelated and blurry because the preview is set to low resolution. So it maybe it is fine and the quality will go up when you render it out.

Re: Premiere elements video quality issue

Tried that, didn't change anything. mini/sad
EDIT:  Figured it out, I was filming in 800x600, which was too large, I have made it smaller, and it is working fine now. mini/smile

Re: Premiere elements video quality issue

Ok sorry to double post and bump, but I have another issue with quality, my premiere is best with 720 X 480 footage, but I cant find a way to film that in Monkeyjam, does anyone know how to film 720 X 480 in Monkeyjam, or have a good equivalent? Thanks. mini/smile

Re: Premiere elements video quality issue

You don't fix a quality issue by lowering the resolution, you bring it to the biggest you can! I elements you have to change the resolution to whatever resolution you are shooting in Monkey Jam.
