			<description><![CDATA[Have you tried rendering it out? I have never used Premiere Elements but on my editing software Sony Vegas Pro the preview video box is very pixelated and blurry because the preview is set to low resolution. So it maybe it is fine and the quality will go up when you render it out.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[So I finished a stop motion segment in Monkey Jam, and exported it with the video quality being fine, but when I import it to Adobe Premiere elements 4 it is very pixelated and blurry.  If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, Thanks. :)]]></description>
