A ton better than your previous test at this, good to see you took my advice well
But being myself I am a nit picker so here goes...
As he stops running he slows down way too much to have enough intensity of the punch, you want to make the motion continuous so there seems like there is enough energy for a hard impact. Also, although the recoil from the dummy was good and smooth, it was a bit slow in its place for the recoil. And after the man punches, as he reaches the end of the swing, he should wait for maybe a frame or two (while still easing in and out in extremely small quantities) then come back up in an upright position.
Good attempt though.

Yeah, in every animation I do I notice issues in how things are, I just can't pin-point them at all on my own
