Just got a Logitech Quickcam pro. So I'll be using it for the remainder of my film.... Which is still a fair amount. It's so long though! I currently have over three minutes of film, half of it has voices.
Looks like I'm one out of a very very small hand full of animators (if any) who is doing film set in the cold war. I can use this to my advantage .
I'll try masons link
I have been animating the scenes that don't have to be custom fitted to audio, it is going slowly but surely and I am able to complete two clips or so each day. (If I animate that day.) Except a casting call for "Flying Lead: A Tale of the Old West" soon!

Cuban missile crisis huh? I did a report on that.
My TOY entry Casting Call is up: http://www.bricksinmotion.com/forums/to ry-to-toy/
Mine is going to be about the moscow theater hostage crisis. I'm mostly done scripting, and it looks like it is going to be a good stop motion.:D
*Bump!*
Ok, sorry to say I've scraped my Titanic Film and got a new idea, called 'The Painter' A Dutch 19 year old
living in Holland in 1940 is hiding a young German soldier who was injured during the invasion.
This soldier doesn't want to fight, so 4 years later the Americans invading try to kill him...
What do you think?

Another scraped idea? Why is it called The Painter?
Heh... that's two people who have said 'scraped'. Scrapped, anyone?
And RobBrick, we're getting pretty deep into 2011 now. If you've already started work on 'The Ship That Stood Still', you should probably continue with it, especially if you have the audio recorded.
Look, I'm still waiting for about 5 people's lines (And I've been waiting about 3 months now)
Also due to lack of inspiration and technical problems I've scrapped The Ship That Stood Still, ok?
I don't like it much either, so I've scrapped it before it's to late, and my first BiM contest entry is a failure.
Anyway, this will be shorter, more original , and less characters to have to cast!
Well, that sounds a very well thought-out reason. Good luck with your new entry!
Yeah, I think want to have my current idea scrapped. Maybe now a gladiator film. After revising the plot a few times, it sounds kinda stupid. Like
The idea is just meh.
True dat.

I think im gonna make a film about a viking! based on a true story!:) I wanna mke a really good one, since it is my first contest entry here!
I've just scrapped my Atlantis script. Now I'm doing "The Shot Heard 'Round the World: Revealed", pretty self-explanitory. God, I hate that I have to start over now, why couldn't I have realized the over-ambitious-ness of "The Atlantian World"? Why God, why?
Well, Living LEGO, it's simply because you weren't thinking. Also, you pick your nose too much.
