DarthSparky, you have to be more specific on the question. Making LEGO bricks in Blender or any other program is far more advanced then what you think. Anyways, most people don't actually make their bricks in a 3D application-they usually build their models in a program called LDraw, which you can download at the LDraw site. Then, to export it, some people use the LDraw>Blender script (Like myself), but some other people export through LeoCAD. I for one, however, don't like how LeoCAD exports; My suggestion would be to go with LDraw>Blender script for exporting (You can read about what the script does a couple of pages back). For animation, texturing, shading and rendering, you then use a program like Blender for that. If you want to know how to model bricks in Blender, without any of the CAD programs, it's just a simple extrusion of a cube with some added edges and faces.
