Doesn't sound that much like The Birds to me. Birds attack people, sure, but if it explores that idea in a different way it can hardly be considered a knock off.
You're going to have a tough time finding many story ideas that aren't influenced by older works; unless it's blatant plagiarism there's no reason to get worked up over it.

I have a few ideas.
Radioactive waste is turning up in the river the fish are turning into 10 eyed monsters so its up to Dave and is team to find the source before its to late.

In Africa (or somewhere like it) an explorer stumbles on a secret poaching gang but the gang find out he knows about them so they try and kill him. Will he catch them before it’s to late.
The skiing Championships a coming up and brad is training hard ( It’s his dream to win ) but Nick is planning on winning and he will do anything to win even kill.

I had a compelling dream last night and, as I woke up this morning, tried to adapt it into a synopsis. I don't know if I'll ever make it, but I'll save the idea at least.

The illegitimate son and daughter of a the corrupt king of a small third-world nation live in poverty in a small town outside the nation's capitol. Civil unrest is in the air and one night the villagers get bloodthirsty. They plan to take out their anger on the boy and his sister. Into the fray steps a woman.
A newcomer from the Western world, she and he boy had quickly become friends through a series of chance encounters. Unbeknownst to the boy, however, the unrest and arming of the villagers is her doing - she's been assigned to destabilize the regime and take out the king.
She intervenes in boy's behalf, narrowly rescuing him from the mob, but the girl is captured by another group who plan to take her to the capitol to make a more public display of things. Now the boy and the woman must make it to the palace alive - the boy to save his sister and the woman to kill the king.
You have very normal dreams.
Well, it stood out to me at least. My dreams are usually nowhere near so exciting. Also, the dream had more of 'The Jungle Book' flavor to it, but I thought the story would work better without it.

Haha, same. Usually in my dreams I see a ton of people I know from school just walking around and are just background people. Also, in my dreams, something is almost always either trying to kill me )or in the act of it), or about some extremely surreal things. 
I think that's a bad thing.

I have that mainly, but I've experienced many an exciting story within my own dreamworld - from a dinosaur brought through a portal that causes chaos, to a journey on-board a Sandcrawler (yes, from Star Wars).
COPACABANA
The film opens up in London, where a fashion shoot is being conducted on the Tower Bridge. This shoot is important, for it is for one of the most read fashion magazines world wide. The shoot is promoting winter clothing. One model stands out the most, she is a beauty but is not present for the final day of the shoot. She is missing, nowhere to be found. After her case is made public, a lesbian journalist who was abroad in Italy, comes forward admitting details of their relationship, and also the model's decreasing mental health. But the model didn't just run away, the detectives get a call from a gay club downtown where a man was starting a scene, it was an infamous adult film director who was controversial for his work. The police arrest him, but while incarceration he admits to knowing the model, she was an actress for him in one of his films that was released quietly in Eastern Europe. The investigating which follows drags the detective through the gay nightlife but also through a film industry that sometimes you can never escape once you're in.

I'm currently re-writing Bog Monster (remember that? no?) into something I could realistically make into a live action short. I finally figured out how I could do a good Bog Monster for a live action thing a few days ago, dynamation! (The kinda stuff Ray Harryhausen did). It's going to be a lot different compared to the original brickfilm script, the monster is huge and more blobby, different characters, it shoots acid-mud instead of lasers, and I'm going to take advantage of the fact that the back of my house will be demolished for renovations by including bits where the Bog Monster destroys half the house they're hiding in. Plus it'll be in colour and there will be more gore.

I just got a really cool idea. It would be called the The Paintings. At the City Art Gallery, paintings are coming to life when the French evil-artist Jonah Debaucher touches them.2 men in the police force have to stop the painting and Jonah before its to late...

I've been thinking about creating Black Ops' Zombies Mode "Five" opening cutscene in Lego. This is not, I promise, an attempt to get a few million views, though that'll be a plus. I simply really like the intro, and the game, and it could look good in Lego. I may well muck it up, but oh well, it's worth a try.
Nocturnal Thrills
In 1984, the Trauma, a suspended roller coaster in Nocturnal Thrills, an amusement park at Cunningham Florida that is only open at night, looses connection with the track and crashes when it swings into the central food court, killing 12 people and injuring 15, making it the most dangerous crash in Florida and putting the whole park out of business due to flaws in other rides from post inspections.
But Teenagers who miss the amusement park start a campaign and begin a fund raiser to reopen the park. Then the odd things begin to happen. Visitors who had family of friends in the crash begin to disappear in the park, then return weeks and months later saying that they were being chased through the amusement park the night they visited by the family or friend in a clown mask. The park and supporters result to hiring paranormal investigators, only to find them insane, or sitting on a bench having no recollection of visiting the park. Why are these mysterious events happening?
I have no intentions to make this into a film any time soon, building and animating a roller coaster would be an absolute nightmare.
I'll just leave this here.
(This was my THAC entry idea, failing to make the deadline has demotivated me to the point where if I don't get rid of it I'll never make another film)
