I’m thinking about making a spy film set in the medieval time period.
Here’s same of my plot ideas what do you think would make them better

Three spies get sent to find out about a magical weapon but one of the spies is a traitor he leads the others into a trap. I’m not sure were to go from there.

The Vikings are invading two castles must join forces to stop them but the two kings hate each other.

I spy turns evil (dunno why yet) and is killing all the good spies

A guy overhears a plot to kill the king but the two guys see him listening and try and kill him but he survives and go’s to the king to warn him but he’s dead and he gets the blame so he must find the two guys and clear his name (Maybe he finds out the two guys are planning to takeover the castle)

the first one but make it so that they find what they are looking for and it is to save their Kingdom from overthrow and two of the spies turn on the one good one

you could have one of them wanting to be the king himself so when he see this chance he tries to take it(just a thought) mini/smile

New plot.
Three spies get sent to find out about a magical weapon that a Wizard 
made but the evil lord hears of the weapon and go’s after it. (maybe the 
lord could bribe the two spies with gold to lead the one good spy into a 
trap because the one good spy has the weapon) so the good guy must 
escape and get the weapon of the evil lord before he use’s it.

What do you guys think. Any criticism welcome.

The Enslaved

A trio of generals from the Confederate Army have been sent to the confederate town of Little Grove to seek the killer of 3 slave drivers, each with similar deaths. From investigation, the men were all lured, shot, and branded with a hot metal object giving them the symbol of a confederate flag with an X scratched through it. But when one of the investigators is found with the same death, the others realize that the killer is aware he is being hunted, and the investigation has become a small and suspenseful manhunt from two sides.

More plots.
Three spies get sent to find a magical weapon that a wizard made but they don’t 
know were to find the wizard so they ask someone were to find him (maybe another 
wizard) but one (or two) of the evil lords spies overhears them talking the three 
spies get to the wizard first and get the weapon (maybe when the evil lord gets to the wizard he kills him) on there way back to the castle the three spies get  ambushed by the evil lord two of the spies switch sides (maybe for money or  something) the one good spy gets court and put in a dungeon he escapes (don’t  know how yet) and gets the weapon before the evil lord can use it.

there two of the spies keep the weapon for themselves and demand all the gold in  the kingdom the evil lord hears of the weapon and gets the two spies on his side  (pays them gold) so the good spy must get the weapon back of them before its to  late.

@ MovingBricks: Spies, magical weapons, and wizards don't usually go together in a movie; time eras and whatnot are totally different. Those ideas could work out if it was executed correctly, and a specific time period were set, but it would be difficult to pull off.

yea, make the spies more for a mission to kill a King. maybe there own. the Spy org is now against the king....

I thought that was all in the same time period. mini/eek  i'll probably change the magical weapon into something else.
i might change the plot but i still am going to do a medieval spy theme.

@ MovingBricks Well generally when you say "spy," people think of a James-Bond-style figure, which doesn't at all go with wizards and magical weapons. But as long as you make the time period clear, there shouldn't be a problem with the idea. mini/smile

Heres a new plot idea thats got no fantasy or magical stuff in it but its still set in the medieval time.

Carlo see’s a gang of thief’s stealing from a house but he gets spotted so they send
one of the gang members to kill him they fight in a blacksmith shop Carlo
just survives so the gang plane to frame him by knocking him out and putting him with
stolen stuff so when he wakes up he gets arrested he go’s to jail
but he makes a friend could Edger and they escape but as soon as they escape Carlo see’s one of the
gang he follows him back to the gangs base Carlo and Edgar sneak in Carlo finds a map of
there next robbery but one of the gang hears them and they just escape with there lives [the
planned robbery is the next night] while Carlo and Edgar a waiting a person see’s them and
recognises them from a wanted sign. on the night of the planned robbery Carlo and Edgar
wait to ambush the gang but the gang corner them and bribe Edgar
with money to join there side he does then the gang tell Carlo that they will never be court for framing him
etc but the *night watch were following Carlo and hear everything so they jump out to arrest
the gang but the gang is quick and escape so the night watch and Carlo chase the night watch
aren’t very good they get beaten so Carlo takes the gang and Edgar on single hand idly and
beats them. 

The night watch were like the police.

any feedback would be great.

I just got this idea for an action film:
In the future, there is this skyscraper called [unknown name here], but one of it's elevators gets stuck near the top and cannot open it's doors, nor go up or down. This elevator is holding a very famous politician, his wife, and 2 of his guards. An assasin cuts the cables of the elevator, and the people have 5 - 8 minutes to get out and survive.

Any input?

Yeah, but the elevator would have to be constantly falling. That would be a pain.

Not to mention you'd probably have to put in somewhere the height of the tower to satisfy the needs of the information-greedy (such as myself) to show that you know the maximum velocity of a falling elevator and how great a distance it needs to fall in 5 minutes. I think I worded that okay... Also, in free-fall, wouldn't you have to keep the minifigs suspended in mid-air? It's a genius idea, I'd like to see it pulled off.

On second thoughts... is the atmosphere of the Earth high enough that you can fall for five minutes while staying within it? Maybe it's the first space elevator...

If I just completely embarassed myself by using over-ambitious words, please feel free to keep silent about it.
