Masking test 1: As you can see, the masking is very evident. Work on that a little more.
Masking test 2: Not bad at all.
Rain test: Make the rain longer and much more transparent. Also, try to add more depth.
Night Test: Your camera quality is very low-contrast gray. Try playing with your settings or editing the footage.
