17fps? Now that's something new. Your animation wasn't bad, and neither was the lighting, but there were some uncalled focus changes. If you're using auto focus, I'd reccomend getting a new camera with manual focus (The Logitech Quickcam 9000 is a very good camera at low cost). As for the rest, it was decent, though the chroma keing could have been done a bit better. Overall, it was an okay test; though I think you should do a little bit more tests to improve you overall animation.
