I absolutely LOVE The Incredibles soundtrack. I mean, how could you not?
I also really like the UP soundtrack and the Scott Pilgrim Vs The World soundtrack.
I've recently discovered TRON Legacy soundtrack by Daft Punk and I gotta say it's pretty darn awesome!
We have a wide variety of favorite soundtracks, but our all-time favorites are How to Train Your Dragon and The Lord of the Rings (All three movies).

-Any Batman Movie (including the 1960 one)
-Star Wars (all of them...yes...including the prequels)
-Lord of The Rings (all of them)
-Conan The Barbarian/Conan The Destroyer/Red Sonja (The latter isn't worth watching just for the music)

-Sherlock Holmes
-Pirates of the Caribbean (all of them)
-Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
-The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly/Once Upon a Time in the West
-2001: A Space Odyssey
-Highlander/Flash Gordon/Any movie that has 'Queen' in it
-75% of the James Bond Movies
-Tron: Legacy (I haven't watched the movie...and I dont want to)
-Shawshank Redemption
-Brazil
-The Original Pink Panther Movies (You can imagine my annoyance when the new ones contained pop music)

I love every Hans Zimmer's soundtracks like Inception, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Angels and Demons, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Sherlock Holmes...

My Favorite soundtrack? Pirates of the Caribbean! I can't get the theme song out of my head.
I dont really play a lot of games (because as much as I enjoy them....I suck), but the Original Legend of Zelda soundtrack is my personal favourite Video-Game soundtrack. I mean, its 8-Bit yet I dont think any other Zelda game can touch it - or any other game at all.
