for the information i use sony vegas pro 8.0 and nikon d3000 and webcam quickcam pro 9000

the animation could have been a little smoother but you got the speed down just right!

I like the lighting. There wasn't any flicker either. But with the smoothness, it basically just means that you should take more pictures of the movements. As in move the characters smaller movements before taking a picture, and perhaps increasing the frame rate.
Well, that's not really how to fix it FilmFire. Tibo, make smaller increments, and try to use a framerate between 12 and 20 frames per second.
