Of course you can. I'm one of the 3DS Max animators and I've made a rigged Minifig for 3DS Max in the Rigs topic. Can I ask which version of Max you have? It's just so I know who can do what as features differ between versions.

And just to let you know guys, I go on holiday for a week on Friday, so you won't be able to get hold of me until the following weekend.

We've currently stalled at the moment as I now have a job and haven't got around to storyboarding yet, and I think some of the others have been tied up as well. As far as I'm aware though, people are currently working on the 3D pieces.
