Topic: Dragon Stop Motion Question

Good Afternoon Fellow Animators

I have a question that I have searched high and low for and so now I come to you...the true experts. Stop Motion Pro offers a great (what I think is great) feature with masking within the program itself as opposed to exporting to photoshop, but it comes at the price of near $200. At that price I'm willing to spend a little more to get DSM if it makes sense.

To help explain what I mean here is a link. Removing Rigs

My question is does Dragon Stop Motion offer anything of the same type? Or could someone explain how masking works with Dragon Stop Motion (ie, do you just export to photoshop, etc)

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Re: Dragon Stop Motion Question

Stop Motion Pro doesn't include an editor, but you can copy and paste images into the sequence editor.

I see, I must of miss understood it then. I really appreciate the update!

Re: Dragon Stop Motion Question

The rig removal tool is more like a "frame overlapper", in which you erase one frame and it shows the background frame behind it.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.

Re: Dragon Stop Motion Question

What I would do is ask mobiledeli any questions concerning DSM. He uses it and is very very good at it.
