No, I think that is eligible for a partnership......1k a day? 720+ subs?

Well I have applied for the partnership like a month ago. Haven't received youtube's response yet. I think that I am eligible for partnership it's just that I doubt I would earn more than like a dollar per month mini/bigsmile

On one video, I have earned 3 pounds in 3 days *1.50 dollars* So...yeah..I dont have that popular videos. I am not a partner, only my tutorial channel has Adsense on some videos.
Oh and by the way, LarryStudios? Remember me? I was friends with you when you started youtube, remember? I'm StormTrooper305 mini/lol

Hazzat is right.  There are many popular brickfilmers out there who don't resort to using inappropriate content.  They just make REALLY good films that are enjoyable to watch.

Now that I think about it, yeah, you're right.

Someone on youtube posted this, he gives some really good advice on getting more views. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8DizoDU59o

Well I've worked pretty hard on that so I have 728 subscribers currently and I have to admit I wouldn't have believed a year ago that I'll have this many subscribers. mini/smile

I honestly think that you should avoid such green color on your youtube page. It's not eye-friendly at all.

You're right. The Green is Hideous!

What makes me frustrated with YouTube is that the ONLY way yo be popular is if you are innapropiate. If you are good at animation, but not innapropriate, then you might get a couple thousand views. If you are bad at animation but have swearing and innapropriateness, then you will get 1,000,000s of views. mini/shifty ...Forrrestfire101...

Another thing I have noticed is that many brickfilmers who become popular, and become partners then run their films like a business, getting a little to puffed up for their own good sometimes...

Re: YouTube

Dear LuckeMasse,
Thank you for your interest in the YouTube Partner Program.

Applications are reviewed for a variety of criteria, including but not limited to the size of your audience, country of residence, quality of content, and compliance with our YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. At this time, we are unable to accept your application because your channel does not contain sufficient original content.

Rejected again. First time in a year the actually tell me why I got rejected. But I did get rid of all the videos that had copyrighted materials!

Re: YouTube

It's not that you have too much copyrighted content, it's that you don't have enough original content, if at least, you take the letter at face value.

you mean my... animation?

Re: YouTube

Yeah I got in and I still had loads of copyrighted stuff on my videos.

Re: YouTube

The problem is that I don't know what they mean? The only thing I have is animated stuff on my channel. My brickfilms!

Re: YouTube

But do they have copyrighted music in them?

welp

Re: YouTube

I have been having a little trouble. I can't seem to upload a good quality youtube profile photo, all of the ones that I upload turn out blurry. I have tried everything from under 200 pixels, to 30 inches! Any tips?

Re: YouTube

RedBrick1, I've been having the same problem, so I've been researching. Here are some quote's I've pulled out of different articles.

YouTube will take whatever picture you upload and convert/re-compress it to a jpeg using really, really low compression...they aren't displaying your original file. Much, much worse with picture that have a lot of fine detail, it's better with pictures with less fine detail and solid areas of color.

Another Person wrote:

Sharpen your avatar till it looks like an explosion in a glass factory and then upload it.

I tried that, and it works okay but it's not the best. There's improvement, but it's not good.

The closest thing I got to good was to take a picture with a better camera, better settings, sharpen it, and it's okay.

EDIT: solution solved (for me) I've always been using a jpg file, but I just switched the image to png, and It's fantastic.
