Re: YouTube
Yeah, except I've only been on YouTube since August... anyway, yeah, just last month it said "congratulations, you can now upload videos longer than 15 minutes" and yeah, it means what it says...

Answer to the videos over 15 minute mystery. On December 9th, 2010, Youtube posted a small update. Quotation:
Starting today, we’ll begin allowing selected users with a history of complying with the YouTube Community Guidelines and our copyright rules to upload videos that are longer than 15 minutes.
So stay away from those copyrights! You can read more here:

YT told me this as well:
Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video.
I've broken a copyright rule though.
Well i guess if you don't continuously do it, it's fine.
Hey, I just got Google Adsence on two of my tutorials! YAY
Yet, I have no idea when youtube are going to pay me? Anyone know?
Can you actually get well paid from youtube if you're just a lego animator? Or stop-motioner? I mean yeah Forrestfire101 is like most famous among us isn't he?
He's definitely not the best but he kinda has the most subscribers/views and etc.
So if I'm an average guy who has 720+ subscribers and gets around 1k views per-day I really doubt I could earn some cash
live-action videos with parodies and such are getting more views than Legos ever will. It's just sad....

No, I think that is eligible for a partnership......1k a day? 720+ subs?

Well I have applied for the partnership like a month ago. Haven't received youtube's response yet. I think that I am eligible for partnership it's just that I doubt I would earn more than like a dollar per month ![]()
What makes me frustrated with YouTube is that the ONLY way yo be popular is if you are innapropiate. If you are good at animation, but not innapropriate, then you might get a couple thousand views. If you are bad at animation but have swearing and innapropriateness, then you will get 1,000,000s of views.
...Forrrestfire101...
No, you just have to make something people want to watch. The Force Unleashed, for example, was sent to everyone and their grandma because people thought it was cool and that their friends/family would like to watch it.

Results may vary.
Hazzat is right. There are many popular brickfilmers out there who don't resort to using inappropriate content. They just make REALLY good films that are enjoyable to watch.

On one video, I have earned 3 pounds in 3 days *1.50 dollars* So...yeah..I dont have that popular videos. I am not a partner, only my tutorial channel has Adsense on some videos.
Oh and by the way, LarryStudios? Remember me? I was friends with you when you started youtube, remember? I'm StormTrooper305 ![]()
